This year the sensational “Two Brothers Catering’ will again stimulate the senses with a stunning local Autumnal menu. Starting with a Morrocan vegetable soup with spiced yoghurt, then a choice of Rubric Extra Virgin Olive Oil braised Savannah Lamb with saffron and dill, Alinda Farm vegetables or a Rolled Greenslade chicken with almond, muscatel and prune cous cous, then finishing with a dessert of Belgian chocolate bread and butter pudding with vanilla bean custard.

It’s our first official Gourmet Weekend and we’re going Italian! Chill on the front lawn with a glass of Sparkling Shiraz or Bubbles with our good friend singer/songwriter Tarscha Waddington (modern, contemporary, country and opera).
