Clare Valley Winemakers Annual Vintage Tasting

A unique chance to taste over 120 Clare Valley wines at various stages of development during the winemaking process - from juice to ferments, barrel samples and finished wines. Be the first to taste the 2010 reds & 2011 whites with our local winemakers.

Winemaker Justin Ardill will host a private tasting session where you will enjoy 5 Gold Medal Cabernets from 1996 to 2005. Served with a 3 course, wine matched lunch featuring antipasto platters, your choice of duck breast with cherry and cabernet sauce or slow cooked pork belly with cabernet jus and finished with hand-made Cabernet ice-cream and mint chocolate ganache tart.
